Travel voucher | What is a Travel voucher?
A travel voucher is a document that has been given to the passenger in exchange of the value of their ticket instead of a refund for a fully unutilized ticket. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue of the voucher, which can be used for future travel with SriLankan Airlines.

Any remaining value after redeeming the voucher may be extended for a further one-year period

No, this voucher is non-transferable
Travel voucher | Can I have all vouchers issued under my name?
The voucher will only be issued against the name of the ticketed passenger.
Travel voucher | Will you be charging a fee for voucher issuance?
SriLankan Airlines will not be charging any change/reissue fees for the issuance of the voucher.
Travel voucher | Will my travel voucher be worth the same fare I paid for the ticket?
Your voucher will be issued only for the ticketed value (Fare + Taxes). Any additional
services purchased online will not be included in the voucher value.
If the customer is a no-show for the original flight, the no-show fee will be deducted
from the voucher value. All travel vouchers must be requested at least 05 hours prior to
departure to avoid the no-show fee being deducted during travel voucher issuance.
Travel voucher | Can I use my travel voucher to book with another airline?
No. You can redeem the voucher for any booking done with SriLankan Airlines only.
Travel voucher | Can I redeem this voucher online?
Yes, you can. Simply submit your details by submitting the form here, and we will do the needful for you.

Travel voucher | Can my voucher be refunded?
Yes. Your voucher is refundable, subject to the applicable refund fee of the fare rule of the initial ticket.
Travel voucher | Is my redemption ticket eligible for a travel voucher?
No. Vouchers cannot be issued in exchange for any tickets issued for events/packages, cash plus miles tickets, and frequent flyer redemptions.
Travel voucher | I booked my ticket through a travel agent. How can I get my travel voucher?
Travel voucher is issued only for bookings made through www.srilankan.com or the SriLankan Airlines mobile app.
For tickets issued through srilankan.com, you can email your details requesting to issue a voucher to bookings@srilankan.com
Travel voucher | I got a ticket issued through a travel voucher. Can I convert it again to another travel voucher?
No, a ticket issued through a travel voucher cannot be converted to a voucher again.
Travel voucher | I could not request for a travel voucher 05 hours prior to the departure. Can I get the full amount of my ticket converted to a voucher?
No, If the customer is a no-show for the original flight, the no-show fee will be deducted from the voucher value. All travel vouchers must be requested at least 05 hours prior to departure to avoid the no-show fee being deducted during travel voucher issuance.
Travel voucher | I have received multiple vouchers. Can I use all of them to one ticket?
You can use up to 02 vouchers for a new ticket.

Relevant fare differences during the issuance of the new ticket will be charged during the voucher redemption.
