Prepaid Excess baggage rates

You can check the excess baggage rates applicable to your destination just as you are making your air ticket reservation. If you have already purchased your ticket, you can access this facility through our ‘Manage my booking’ feature.


Pre-paid excess baggage rates and policy

Terms and conditions

  • These rates are only valid for baggage allowance purchased online at and will apply only where the weight system baggage policy is practiced.
  • Prepaid baggage can be purchased up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
  • Infant tickets are not eligible for pre-paid baggage rates.
  • Changes to pre-purchased baggage can be made free of charge prior to 24 hours of the scheduled original departure of the flight.
  • Date & flight changes will be allowed only for the same passenger taking the same route. Change of route or passenger disqualifies the passenger from obtaining free of charge date and flight changes for pre-purchase baggage.
  • Refund fee for pre-purchased baggage is USD 100
  • All refunds must be claimed 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. It is not possible to refund your pre-purchased baggage within 24 hours of the scheduled flight.
  • Applicable taxes will be collected separately.
