Did you know that the following changes can be made by yourself with our ‘Manage my Booking” feature at no service charge for tickets booked through

  • Check-in online
  • Date changes
  • Refunds
  • Claiming student offer & extra baggage

If you still wish to seek the assistance of our ticket office in Sri Lanka with regards to the services listed above for tickets purchased online, please note that a service fee of LKR 3500 will apply.

You can utilize the same services by yourself at using the ‘Manage my booking’ feature. Simply log in using your PNR and last name of the ticket that was purchased on and make the changes yourself.

*For changes required to be made within 24 hours to departure time, the above fee will not be applicable.
