First Flight Certificate Request

If your infant is flying for the first time, SriLankan Airlines is pleased to commemorate this special occasion with a personalized First Flight Certificate. This is available for infants aged 0–2 years.


To receive the certificate, please complete the form below at least 72 hours prior to your flight.

Terms & Conditions

  • The infant must be below 2 years of age on the date of travel.
  • Requests must be submitted 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
  • For changes, requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled departure of the flight.
  • The airline reserves the right to decline requests that are incomplete or do not meet the stated requirements.
  • First flight certificate is available on direct flights operated by SriLankan Airlines with confirmed ticket number starting with 603.
  • This facility is not applicable to codeshare or interline flights. In such instances, you may contact the operating carrier.
  • The certificate will be prepared based on the flight and passenger name entered in request form. Ensure the information provided are accurate.
  • This is provided as a complimentary gesture.
  • The certificate may not be provided in the event when flights are disrupted due to operational, technical, or regulatory reasons.
  • The airline reserves the right to amend or withdraw this facility without prior notice.
  • Submission of a request implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
