Tips for inputting passenger name

Names must be entered exactly as they appear on your passport for immigration and security purposes. Failure to do so may delay your check-in, incur a change fee, and it may even be denied boarding. Please note that the maximum length for the name is 50 characters including title, first name, middle name, last name, and date of birth of an infant/child if any. Please refer to the tips for entering names correctly to avoid such inconveniences.

Please enter the first name and first part of the Family/ surname/ Last name as it is, followed by the initials of any other remaining names.

Note: Please be informed that the UAE will not permit entry to passengers whose passports contain only a single name.

Additionally, please note that adding FNU or LNU to the PNR is not accepted by UAE immigration authorities.

If your passport contains two or more names, please split them appropriately by entering your Family/Surname/Last Name in one field and your Given/First/Middle/Other Names in the other during the booking process.
