1. Miles to be non-transferable and non-refundable
2. Tier Miles cannot be multiplied
3. Miles that are multiplied do not count toward Tier status
4. Minimum of 5000 miles can be multiplied
5. Maximum of 200,000 miles can be multiplied per year
6. Miles multiplied are valid for a minimum of 2 years from miles purchase transaction date
7. Multiply miles packages can be purchased at any time. However, only one package is permitted on each occasion
8. Miles can be multiplied through the FlySmiLes ticketing office and Contact Centre
9. Miles will be reflected in the account and would be available to redeem within 48 Hours
10. Miles can be multiplied only when an eligible member is presented with the option to multiply miles against an upcoming Flight.
