MAINTENANCE SUPPORT AND COMPONENT REPAIR SERVICES
 

Our aircraft maintenance clients can rely on a range of auxiliary, EASA 145 certified workshops offering an extensive range of round the clock support, ensuring minimal TAT’s for any aircraft undergoing maintenance at our faculties.

We also provide stand-alone support and turnkey solutions for clients at regional maintenance bases, backed by our comprehensive Component Repair capabilities and experienced Logistics team.

ENGINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Our on-wing engine maintenance includes standard MPD tasks and boroscope inspections during the hangar input or during line maintenance checks.

For off-wing engine maintenance, you can rely on our specialist engine team at our state-of-the-art engine module changing facility in Colombo. Our capabilities include QEC build-up for CFM 56, RR Trent 700 and IAE V2500 engines as well as top case opening for CFM56 and gearbox replacement for RR Trent 700 engines.
 
TOOL CALIBRATION SERVICES

SriLankan Engineering Calibration Laboratory (SECL) offers calibration and verification of test and measuring equipment used in the aircraft industry. Its scope of activities cover a wide range of tools/equipment in the fields of Pressure, Torque and Electrical.

The laboratory is equipped with state of the art measurement standards and ancillary equipment necessary to maintain measurement traceability to National/International Standards of Measurement. SECL is in the process of acquiring the IEC/ISO 17025:2017 Accreditation from Sri Lanka Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment (SLAB) for its scope of calibration/verification activities.
