Continued Airworthiness Management Support Activities

Building on a wealth of experience fulfilling the CAMO role for parent airline, SriLankan Airlines, SriLankan Engineering is already providing support to regional operators wishing to fulfill EASA Part M or similar regulatory requirements. We offer our customers’ the opportunity to focus operational resources on the core business by providing the following CAM support services:

• MPD analysis and Maintenance Program preparation
• Service bulletin and airworthiness directive evaluation and incorporation
• Management of modifications and repairs (including landing gear replacements)

Aircraft Acceptance & Delivery
If you're just starting up, then count on us to provide a smooth induction of your new acquisitions into commercial service. Since 1992 Sri Lankan Engineering has had extensive experience in aircraft selection, buyer furnished equipment (BFE) selection and installation, spares provisioning, and aircraft acceptance and delivery. At the end of a lease, we can also provide return to lessor support in transition or bridging check, aircraft documentation, etc.

Asset Management
We recognize that your aircraft and engines are perhaps the single most important asset in the industry. Our team of Technical Services engineers can assist you to minimize your life-cycle and/or lease costs, applying the same, sound, techno-commercial management to your assets as we have done for parent airline, SriLankan Airlines, for over 30 years.

Reliability Management
To improve your aircraft availability and reliability, our engineers could analyze the reliability trends and advice appropriate action such as inspections or modifications, which could be included into the maintenance program for reliability improvement.

Cabin Appearance Management

Sri Lankan Engineering offers materials, tools, and spares on sale, loan or exchange basis at very competitive rates.

To ensure rapid turnaround times for our customers, we hold an extensive range of Airbus spares in our environment controlled bonded warehouse assisted by a fully integrated computerized inventory management system.
