What are the documents I need to produce at the airport?

You may be asked to show a printout of the e-ticket of your travel at certain airports.

Each passenger is required to hold a valid passport & Visa(s) with expiry dates in accordance with the countries the passenger will be travelling to in order to be allowed entry to each destination on your itinerary as well to the Transit Points (if required). Immigration of respective countries may request you to produce additional documents depending on your reason for travel and other conditions. If you have purchased your ticket from the official website www.srilankan.com, Mobile App or 24*7 Global contact center you may have to present the credit/debit card used to purchase the ticket for verification purpose. Click here for more information.

What are ‘Fare/Purchase Conditions’?

Fare/purchase conditions are the conditions attached to a ticket that pertains to its use.

Fare conditions differ from one fare to another and the most common conditions that you should look for are…

iii) The minimum notice required before cancelling & rebooking travel.

When you are booking your tickets online, you can view the rules related to any flight before adding it to your itinerary by simply clicking on ‘Purchase Conditions’ at the right side of the page.
