SriLankan Employees have the benefit of obtaining free travel tickets for themselves and immediate family members on all online destinations. This benefit is now extended for travel partners with the joining the oneworld membership.
Annual health Checkups and Medical coverage is provided to employees and their families which cover Hospitalisation, OPD and spectacles. In addition, a critical care allowance is also provided for 24 illnesses along with free medical screening.
