International Aviation Academy
The Human Resources Division of SriLankan Airlines introduces its International Aviation Academy, the most comprehensive private sector training facility in the island. Adhering to world class standards maintained by SriLankan, accredited by IATA , International Air Transport Association, Montréal, Canada as an Leading Authorized Training Centre for providing training solutions for the region. IAA is recognized by leading international educational institutions such as City and Guilds, Edexcel International, Asian Institute of Technology, the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom (CIMA-UK), the Chartered Institute of Marketing of the United Kingdom (CIM-UK), the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA), the Travel Agents' Association of Sri Lanka, and the Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tour Operators.
